For drivers who do not have a smart card, they can pay with a coin or ask the parking attendant for help. The attendant walks to the nearest parking meter and swiped the card on the machine. Records can be queried in the management software to avoid any over-receipt and fraud, the driver needs to pay cash to the parking attendant.
