We set the logs for main equipment(entry ticket machine, exit ticket machine, central toll pc, automatic payment machine etc), we can analyze them to sort problem out if have.
Using remote access tool(anydesk, teamviewer, sunlogin,Todesk etc) to remote access target equipment which install Windows O/S.

Open the App's position with the right click on the APP.
Find the file"logs"
Then you can see that days' logs
Open it with notepad or browser,or copy and send the logs to our engineers to analyze software activity to locate the problem
Can close the APP,delete the existing logs, then open and test APP to get a brand new logs.
